BRT 420SG-D1 DIN Rail-mounted 0-20mA 4-20mA 0-22mA current source signal generator is an adjustable and programmable reliable debugging tool for process controlling systems. Its LED display lighting brightness can be adjusted, output ranges and display value are switchable via precision encoder’s knob. 12-32V wide range power supply, programmable adjusting steps, it is very convenient to use in industrial sites or labs.

Main Features
•Using precision current loop chip and high-performance 12-bit independent DAC chip (not cheap PWM scheme) designed to ensure precision linearity and long-term stability.
•Have 3 x output ranges: 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-22mA, selectable.
•Dedicated LED display driver chip: clear display, adjustable brightness, adapt to various environmental brightness.
• Four-digit LED display with 0.01mA resolution, the default factory calibration error does not exceed 0.005mA, that is 5uA.
•Its signal output has high stability and low temperature drift features. The minimum adjustment step is 0.01mA.
•Using dedicated switching power supply chip as working voltage, no heating for long-term use. Power supply input with anti-reverse function and resettable fuse.
•Output adopts high-power MOS tube, stable and reliable.
•Using current limiting circuit to limit the maximum output current to 30mA, even in the worst case, limit the output to protect your equipment from being damaged by excessive high current. Its output signal can be directly measured by multimeter.
•Using durable precision digital encoder switch. High quality refined aluminum alloy knob, not cheap plastic electroplating knob.
•Standard C45 DIN rail-mounted case, very convenient to use.
Programmable Functions
This 0/4-20mA 0-22mA signal generator has been carefully programmed by our engineers. It is very convenient to use and set, and its functions are simple and practical.
• 3 x switchable output ranges: 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-22mA
• 3 x type of switchable display mode: actual current display, 0(%)-100(%) percentage display, 0.0 -50.0Hz display.
•Output signal adjustment step value can be set through encoder’s knob.
• Automatic parameters save function: User can set the function that automatically save the latest output value. If it is set to automatically save latest output value, after adjusting it to a new output value, the latest value will be automatically memorized and save for next time when it is powered on again. If user has not set it to automatically save latest output value, user can set the initial value for the next power-on through the encoders’ knob.
•Output signal accuracy can be calibrated. Before ex-factory, accuracy has been calibrated by Agilent 34401 six-and-a-half digit multimeters, and users do not need to calibrate it again.
