Description
BRT ZY7 Series Thermal Resistance simulator is widely used as high precision 4-wire or 2-wire or 3-wire PT100 platinum resistance signal simulation box. There is high reliable RTD signal simulation circuits inside the RTD PT100 simulator box. It can generate 11 points of thermal resistance signal by rotating the button. Its signal outputs through four wiring clips. The rotation button with dial scale panel enables user to use it easily. This RTD PT100 Simulator is designed for RTD thermal resistance PT100 signal calibration and simulation, moving coil meter or digital temperature meter signal monitor and calibration. Pocket size, easy to carry. Anti-dust cover and high accuracy modulation chips used makes the simulator capable of long lifespan and good reliability.

How to use it?
• Connect any 3 wires of RTD PT100 simulator to the thermal resistance terminals of the temperature meter to be inspected. (*If use it as 2-wire PT100 simulator, please connect any one red wire and any one black wire of the RTD PT100 simulator.)
• Then rotate the knob to one temperature value point (refer to the PT100 resistance conversion table in the backside).
• Next check the value displayed in the temperature meter is right or not. If the value displayed is right, the temperature meter inspected is normal, otherwise, it is not normal.
